EA-550-DAS Series Switchover

The EA-550-DAS Series Switchover is an automatic mechanical switchover system designed to supply high purity Carbon Dioxide or Nitrous Oxide continuously. This automatic switchover system features integral heaters within the line regulator. These heaters ensure a high flow of inert gases, especially those prone to freezing due to high flow rates. By applying heat directly to the regulator, we eliminate the possibility of dry ice particulates forming in the seat, which can interrupt gas supply—a common issue with separate heating devices.

The standard unit includes two 36” cryogenic stainless steel lines with checked CGA-320 fittings. We can also modify the switchover to include additional heaters or accommodate more gas cylinders, depending on your needs.
