EZ-S002AD Service/Calibration of AD-5000 Anesthesia Machine and Vaporizer

In-House Service Includes:

•Annual recalibration and servicing ensures continued precision operation

•Servicing involves more than one hundred steps done by highly trained technicians

•Leakdown testing performed

•Accurate testing is done with highly sophisticated equipment 

•Full servicing includes replacement of wicks, seals, gaskets, and other parts as required

•Internal parts are fully cleaned

 

Requires shipment of entire AD-5000 Machine and vaporizer to E-Z Systems. The digital anesthesia’s electronic flow circuit is recalibrated and validation sheet is provided. The unit is then returned with a new service date and signed certificate of compliance.

 

Loaner vaporizers are available while your vaporizers are being serviced. A TEC 3 type vaporizer is sent in a convenient, returnable shipping carton. Please contact Customer Care at 1-877-559-0159 for more details regarding service options available.

•Full servicing includes replacement of wicks, seals, gaskets, and other parts as required

EZ-S003G Service/Callibration with Loaner Vaporizer

A loaner vaporizer is sent to you for use during the service process. Your vaporizer is sent to E-Z Systems in the provided box. The serviced vaporizer is returned with a new service date and signed certificate of compliance. The loaner vaporizer is then shipped back to E-Z Systems with the provided prepaid label.

Please Note:  Only isoflurane funnel-fill TEC 3 vaporizers withthe standard Cagemount 23mm connections are available as loaners.
